Plan for the full depth (15 feet) plus standing room behind the hitting area (10-12 feet from screen). The 10-foot enclosure height requires at least 10.5-foot ceilings.

How to prevent your impact screen from getting dirty.
- Use white balls without dirt, grass or marker on them.
- Clean your clubs often – it will also benefit parts of your game like ball spin.
- Store your screen in a safe, clean and dry environment – if you ever need to pack it away.
- If possible, stay away from keeping it folded in a box for a long time to avoid longer-term creases and wrinkles.
- Make sure you use the right side of the screen; the front has a Carl’s Place logo in the corner. Your new impact screen has a front and a back, and only the front is rated to withstand the impact of real golf balls.

Please make sure to take proper safety precautions to protect ceilings, walls, windows, and surrounding areas. Keep children, pets, and spectators out of swing range.
Shipping & delivery
We ship across the contiguous United States, plus select destinations in Canada and Mexico. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. Larger orders may arrive in several shipments from different warehouses — we'll send tracking for each.
Returns & warranty
Impact screens, enclosure kits and mats are wear items, so neither Carl's Place nor we put a traditional warranty on them — ball marks, fading and stretching are normal and expected. If a seam, stitch or grommet fails, or wear looks well beyond normal for your use, send us photos and your order number and we'll review it with the manufacturer — complimentary repair patches are often available. Returns and full coverage details are on our warranty page.
