Everything you need to start playing: the complete simulator enclosure with steel frame and 3-layer impact screen, your choice of launch monitor (GDS Pro or Spica 3), a 4K laser projector with all cables, premium dual-zone hitting mat system with putting turf, and access to GOLFJOY software with a free trial period. A Windows computer is the only thing you need to supply.

Most people have it fully assembled and ready to play in about 2-3 hours. The steel frame uses a spring-snap design that clicks together without any tools — no wrenches, no screws, no complicated instructions. If you've ever assembled a pop-up tent, you'll feel right at home.

Garage, basement, spare room, backyard, office — really anywhere you have the space. The standard enclosure is 10' (L) × 8.2' (H) × 4.9' (D), so you'll want at least 9-foot ceilings and enough room behind the hitting zone for a full swing. There's also a larger size option if you have more room to work with. Works both indoors and outdoors.

Both track 27 data points and work indoors and outdoors with any standard golf ball. The GDS Pro uses dual high-speed cameras — it's an excellent choice for golfers who want accurate tracking at a great value. The Spica 3 steps up to triple high-speed cameras for even more detailed swing capture. If you're serious about dialing in your mechanics, the Spica 3 gives you that extra level of precision.

GOLFJOY's own intelligent software renders courses in 4K 60fps HDR using Unreal Engine 4 graphics with training modes, course play, match play, and games. Both launch monitors are also compatible with popular third-party platforms including E6 Connect, GSPro, and Creative Golf — so you have plenty of options. A free GOLFJOY software trial is included, plus the free GOLFJOY PRO mobile and iPad app.

You'll need a Windows PC (not included) running 64-bit Windows 10 or higher, with at least an Intel i5-10600 processor, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 or better GPU (AMD graphics cards are not currently supported), and 16GB of RAM. The launch monitors are powered by multi-chip AI processing that analyzes club and ball data in real time. They measure club head speed, ball speed, spin rate, launch angle, carry distance, and over 20 additional data points. GOLFJOY builds these monitors specifically for their simulator system, which means the hardware and software are tuned to work together seamlessly.

The 3-layer impact screen is rated for approximately 30,000 shots before the front layer needs replacing. Behind the screen, high-density protective padding absorbs impact and reduces sound — so you can swing freely without worrying about disturbing the rest of the house. Replacement front layers are available when the time comes.

The mat system features a dual-zone surface — a firm standing area and a softer hitting area held together with elastic string. It's rated for 40,000+ swings and is easily replaceable. Artificial turf extends in front of the screen to create a putting surface, giving you a complete experience from driver through putter.

Yes. The software supports multiplayer modes where you can compete against friends and family or play together on the same virtual course. It's great for game nights, parties, or just friendly competition in the garage.
