GolfingSim offersΒ free shipping on all orders over $100Β within the contiguous United States. Orders under $100 ship for aΒ flat rate of $4.99.

We ship viaΒ FedExΒ andΒ UPSΒ for standard ground delivery. Most in-stock items ship withinΒ 1–3 business daysΒ of order placement. Standard delivery via FedEx Ground typically takesΒ 5–10 business daysΒ from the ship date, depending on your location. Products that are assembled, configured, or customized may require additional production time ofΒ 3–7 business daysΒ before shipping. Your estimated delivery window will be displayed at checkout based on item availability and your shipping address.

Some high-value orders may require a signature at delivery to ensure safe receipt.

Freight Shipping (Oversized Items)

Certain large items β€” includingΒ Curved Enclosure Pipe Framing KitsΒ andΒ Built-In Wall/Ceiling PanelsΒ β€” ship via freight carrier due to their size and weight. These items ship on pallets and are delivered by truck.

  • Lift-Gate Service:Β If you or your customer cannot unload a pallet of 50lb+ boxes, please request lift-gate service at checkout or contact us to add it to your order. We strongly recommend adding lift-gate service for residential deliveries.
  • Delivery:Β Freight shipments are delivered curbside. The driver will bring the pallet to the back of the truck β€” lift-gate brings it to ground level.
  • Multiple Shipments:Β Freight items may arrive separately from ground-shipped items. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Note:Β Pro Enclosure Pipe Framing Kits ship via standard ground β€” no freight required.

Carriers

We ship viaΒ FedExΒ andΒ UPSΒ for standard ground deliveries. The carrier is selected based on the best rate and delivery time for your location. Freight shipments use specialized freight carriers.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within theΒ United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional shipping charges calculated at checkout. For international shipping inquiries, pleaseΒ contact usΒ for a custom quote.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with yourΒ tracking numberΒ and a link to track your package. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us atΒ team@golfingsim.com.

Expedited & International Shipping

Faster shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. For orders shipping outside the contiguous U.S., additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Manufacturer Direct Items

Some products in our store ship directly from the manufacturer to you β€” ensuring faster fulfillment and factory-fresh quality.

Shipping Speed

These items ship on the manufacturer's timeline andΒ cannot be expeditedΒ through GolfingSim. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains both Manufacturer Direct and in-stock items, they willΒ arrive in separate shipmentsΒ with individual tracking numbers.

Delivery Fees

Some Manufacturer Direct items may ship from international locations. Any applicable duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Cancellations & Returns for Manufacturer Direct

If a Manufacturer Direct order can be canceled before it ships, aΒ 5% cancellation feeΒ may apply. These items are also subject to aΒ 15% restocking feeΒ on returns. Return eligibility and timelines vary by manufacturer β€” see the Returns Policy section below for details.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our team works quickly to process and fulfill orders. If you need to make a change or cancel,Β please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may not be possible.

Cancellation Fees

If we've already begun preparing your order, a restocking fee may apply. For custom-configured items, cancellation within 24 hours is strongly recommended. Orders canceled after production has begun may be subject to restocking fees of up to 30%.

Returns Policy

GolfingSim offers aΒ 30-day return windowΒ on most items from the date of delivery.

Please inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery. If anything is damaged or incorrect,Β contact us within 48 hours. All returns must be approved before shipping anything back.

Return Condition

All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Items received in less-than-new condition may be subject to aΒ 30% restocking fee, or may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are theΒ responsibility of the sender, unless the return is due to a defective product or a fulfillment error on our part.

Manufacturer Direct Returns

Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may follow the manufacturer's own return policy. Specific timelines and conditions may vary.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain product categories β€” including software licenses, digital goods, gift cards, and clearance items β€” areΒ final saleΒ and cannot be returned.

  • Foresight Sports:Β All sales are final. You may submit a warranty claim to Foresight Sports if the equipment arrived damaged or defective.
  • Full Swing:Β We accept returns on Full Swing items in like-new condition with all original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Garmin (Approach R10, R50):Β We accept returns on Garmin items in like-new condition with all original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Uneekor (EYE XO, EYE XO2, QED):Β Returns accepted within 30 days in like-new condition with all original packaging. Manufacturer Direct item β€” 15% restocking fee may apply.

Projectors

  • BenQ:Β We accept returns on BenQ items in like-new condition and original packaging within 30 days.
  • Epson:Β You may request a return for Epson items within 15 days of delivery if the equipment arrived damaged or defective.
  • LG:Β All sales are final. You may request a return for LG items within 15 days of delivery if the equipment arrived damaged or defective.
  • Optoma:Β We accept returns on Optoma items in like-new condition and original packaging within 30 days.
  • Panasonic:Β We accept returns on Panasonic items in like-new condition and original packaging within 30 days.

Enclosures & Screens

  • NVISAGE:Β We accept returns on NVISAGE items in like-new condition with all original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • ProTee:Β All sales are final. You may submit a warranty claim to ProTee United if the equipment arrived damaged or defective.

All impact screens and hitting mats are final sale β€” no returns or exchanges.

Software & Simulation Platforms

  • GSPro:Β All software licenses are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
  • Creative Golf 3D:Β All software licenses are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
  • Awesome Golf:Β All software subscriptions and licenses are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Accessories, Mats & Other

  • GolfJoy:Β Returns accepted on GolfJoy products in like-new condition with all original components for up to 30 days from delivery. Submit a return request to receive an RMA before shipping anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Open Box / Refurbished Items:Β Open box items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
  • Clearance Products:Β All clearance and final sale items are non-returnable.

Some electronics we sell cannot ship to certain countries due to region locks. Be sure to confirm compatibility with the manufacturer before ordering.
