Refund & Return Policy

At GolfingSim.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that buying a golf simulator is a significant investment, and we're committed to making the process as smooth as possible β including returns.
Return window:Β We accept returns withinΒ 30 days of deliveryΒ for most products. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Refund method:Β All approved refunds are issued to theΒ original payment methodΒ used at checkout (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other digital wallet). Refunds are typically processed within 5β10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Conditions for Returns
- Return request must be made withinΒ 30 days of delivery
- Items must be inΒ original, unused conditionΒ with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included
- AΒ Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numberΒ must be obtained before shipping anything back
- Items must be shipped back in theirΒ original manufacturer packagingΒ β items shipped without proper packaging may be refused
- Customer is responsible forΒ return shipping costsΒ unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Restocking Fees
- 0% β Unopened / Sealed Items:Β Item returned in original sealed packaging, never opened
- 15% β Opened / Like-New Items:Β Item opened but in perfect condition with all original packaging
- 25% β Used Items / Missing Parts:Β Item has been used or is missing original packaging or accessories
Non-Returnable Items
The following items areΒ not eligibleΒ for return:
- Custom-built or made-to-order packages
- Software licenses and digital products (all sales final)
- Impact screens and hitting mats with signs of use or ball marks (restocking fees apply for unused returns)
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
- Items returned without an RMA number
Carl's Place Product Returns
Carl's Place products (impact screens, enclosure kits, and accessories) have specific return conditions:
- Custom-sized items:Β A restocking fee of up toΒ 30%Β applies for changes or cancellations submitted more than 24 hours after order placement
- Custom finishing or non-standard dimensions:Β A restocking fee ofΒ 50%Β applies and items may not be eligible for return
- Enclosure Kits:Β Must be returnedΒ in fullΒ with all components included β no partial returns accepted
- Product Warranty:Β Carl's Place products are considered "wearable" items and do not carry a traditional warranty. Proper setup and use per manufacturer recommendations will ensure the longest product life. Complimentary repair patches may be available on a case-by-case basis β contact us with photos and your order number
- Manufacturer Direct items:Β These carry aΒ 5% cancellation feeΒ if we are unable to cancel before shipment
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrivedΒ damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Provide aΒ prepaid return shipping labelΒ at no cost to you
- Ship aΒ replacement itemΒ or issue aΒ full refundΒ (your choice)
- No restocking fee applies for damaged/defective returns
Important:Β Please photograph any damage before unpacking fully. Document the damage to the box and item β this helps us file freight claims and speeds up your resolution.
How to Return an Item
- Submit a Return RequestΒ β Email us atΒ team@golfingsim.comΒ with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Your RMA NumberΒ β We'll review your request and provide an RMA number within 24 hours along with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item BackΒ β Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided.
- Get Your RefundΒ β Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Method
All approved refunds are issued to theΒ original payment methodΒ used at checkout. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to that same credit card. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account. If you paid via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other digital wallet, the refund will be returned to the linked payment source. Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing, depending on your financial institution.
Return window:Β You haveΒ 30 days from the date of deliveryΒ to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Launch Monitors
- Bushnell:Β Returns accepted in like-new condition with all original packaging within 30 days of the original ship date.
- FlightScope:Β Returns accepted in like-new condition with all original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Foresight Sports:Β All sales are final. You may submit a warranty claim if the equipment arrived damaged or defective.
- Full Swing:Β Returns accepted in like-new condition with all original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Garmin (Approach R10, R50):Β Returns accepted in like-new condition with all original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Uneekor (EYE XO, EYE XO2, QED):Β Returns accepted within 30 days in like-new condition. Manufacturer Direct item β 15% restocking fee may apply.
Projectors
- BenQ:Β Returns accepted in like-new condition and original packaging within 30 days.
- Epson:Β Returns within 15 days of delivery if damaged or defective.
- LG:Β All sales are final. Returns within 15 days if damaged or defective.
- Optoma:Β Returns accepted in like-new condition and original packaging within 30 days.
- Panasonic:Β Returns accepted in like-new condition and original packaging within 30 days.
Enclosures & Screens
- NVISAGE:Β Returns accepted in like-new condition with all original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- ProTee:Β All sales are final. Warranty claims accepted if damaged or defective.
All impact screens and hitting mats are final sale β no returns or exchanges.
Software & Simulation Platforms
- GSPro:Β All software licenses are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
- Creative Golf 3D:Β All software licenses are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
- Awesome Golf:Β All software subscriptions and licenses are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
Accessories, Mats & Other
- GolfJoy:Β Returns accepted in like-new condition with all original components for up to 30 days from delivery. RMA required. Customer responsible for return shipping costs.
- Open Box / Refurbished Items:Β May be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
- Clearance Products:Β All clearance and final sale items are non-returnable.
Warranty Coverage
As an authorized reseller, all products purchased from GolfingSim.com include theΒ full manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer:
- Launch Monitors (1-2 Years):Β Covers manufacturing defects in electronics, sensors, and firmware.
- Projectors (1-3 Years):Β Covers defects in materials and workmanship. Lamp/bulb life varies by model.
- Enclosures & Screens (1-5 Years):Β Covers structural frame defects, screen material defects, and hardware. Normal wear from ball impact is not covered.
- Hitting Mats & Accessories (1 Year):Β Covers manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
What's Covered Under Warranty
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Electronic component failures under normal use
- Structural defects in enclosure frames and hardware
- Firmware or software issues present at time of purchase
What's Not Covered Under Warranty
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that doesn't affect functionality
- Damage from power surges, water, or extreme temperatures
- Consumable items (projector lamps, mat surfaces after extended use)
