Warranty & Coverage
GolfingSim is an authorized reseller. Coverage depends on who makes the product, so here is exactly where you stand on everything we sell.
Impact screens, enclosures and mats (Carl's Place)
Impact screens, enclosure kits and hitting mats are wear items. Carl's Place does not provide a traditional warranty on these products, and neither do we — it is the industry reality for material that takes thousands of ball strikes. Ball marks, gradual fading, fuzzing and stretching are normal and expected.
What we DO provide: if something looks wrong — a bad seam, failed stitching, a grommet that pulls through, or wear that seems far beyond normal for your usage — send us photos and your order number. We review every one of these with the manufacturer, and complimentary repair patches are often available. You deal with us, not a support queue.
Getting the most life out of your screen: hit from at least 10 feet away, keep 12–16 inches of free space behind the screen so it can stretch, and only use clean, unscuffed white golf balls. Coloured golf balls will stain the material permanently.
Launch monitors, projectors and retractable enclosures
These are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, and we open and manage the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

How to start a claim
Email team@golfingsim.com with your order number, what is happening, and photos. Do not ship anything back before you hear from us. We reply within 1 business day. Because claims run through the original manufacturer, allow up to 30 days to complete. One request per product please — duplicates slow it down.
What warranties generally do not cover
Terms vary by brand and the manufacturer's own terms govern, but these are near-universal exclusions: normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage including ball marks and scratches; damage from misuse, accident or improper installation; use outside the manufacturer's published guidelines; repairs or modifications by anyone other than the manufacturer or its authorized service provider; and commercial or rental use of products warranted for residential use. Most manufacturer warranties cover the original purchaser only and are not transferable.
